    Angela Moore designs are hand painted beads in themes inspired by favorite colors, fun trends and causes we care about. This
    Hair Tie has two 14mm beads between brightly colored elastic bands.
    These hair ties vary in length, as they are hand made But will be a minimum of 4" bead to bead.
    It is brand new direct from the manufacturer and is for the hair tie only. RETAIL .00
